Ideal Leave Application!!!

Dear Sir,

As I Think I would be suffering from fever very shortly, and as the probability of it being a swine flue is huge, I think and I also advice that it would be wise on your part to grant me leave.

But considering the fact that I have already taken 8 days leave, and keeping in mind that I would soon be taking leave for my exams, it would not be correct for me to demand leave. Hence I would like to come to office.

Now this leaves you in a crucial situation. On one hand, it would be very dangerous for me, you and others, if I come to office. On the other hand I am not willing to take a leave.

The only probable solution to this problem, that comes into my mind that give me paid holiday, I.e. as per records am working but I stay back home. This would also allow me to regain my health.

I hence feel that it’s vital for you to take up this situation strategically and conduct SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity and Threat) analysis on this and come up with an innovative yet effective solution...

I am eagerly waiting for you reply.

Yours Efficient Employee,
xyz

Stroke: Save A Life

STROKE: Remember The 1st Three Letters... S.T.R ..

My friend sent this to me and encouraged me to post it and spread the word. I agree. If everyone can remember something this simple, we could save some folks. STROKE IDENTIFICATION: During a party, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.. (they offered to call ambulance) They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm , Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the party .

Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today.
Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead. It only takes a minute to read this...

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough..

RECOGNIZING A STROKE Remember the '3' steps, STR . Read and Learn! Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke. Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions :

S * Ask the individual to SMILE ..

T * = TALK. Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (eg 'It is sunny out today').

R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS .

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call the ambulance and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher. NOTE : Another 'sign' of a stroke is 1. Ask the person to 'stick' out their tongue. 2. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke.

The Nobel Deed of the Footboarders: Must Read

"Brainless idiot! why do you people stand in the foot boards?" shouted an old man on seeing a gang of guys standing in the foot board of the rush bus. This was followed by variety of advices by people (who i feel have no other job but to give advice)!!! But what these people don't realise is that thees foot boarders are doing a great social work. now imagine this situation:-

Monday morning 9am. people are rushing to their work places, colleges, school etc.... Bunch of people are standing in the bus stop for bus. Then, a bus comes which is (obviously) full. All those Young men who were earlier standing in the foot board are seated and standing inside the bus. the bus is almost full with these guys. In such a situation, how on earth would you expect all those old man and ladies waiting in these stops to travel in foot board????

So all those people who are lavish in giving Advice please think once before giving advice? Think on what will happen if they seriously follow your advices.... So lets salute the Nobel deeds of the foot boarders. LONG LIVE FOOT BOARDERS!!!!!

4 Captains theory: One is McCullum, Where are the other three?

Mr. John Buchanan, we appreciate your great coaching skills. You have shown us on how one can make a formidable looking team to loose 8 consecutive matches. Sir, if i am not mistaken, your planned to introduce the "Four Captain Theory" in this series. To my very limited understanding of your Australian English and your tactical acumen , i thought you would introduce four different captains in this series. But sadly we have only seen your Bren(DONE) McCullum who has done the KKR teams hope. Where are your other three captains gone?????

You have reduced Ganguly from a man who leads a winning team to a person who is constantly seen picking is nose in the dugout. Your other candidate Chris Gayle, scored lesser runs than your teams tailender Ishant Sharma did......

Sadly, Mr BACHAnone, the only good thing you have done is employing you entire friends and relatives in the KKR camp. I feel bad for Mr. SRK, who believed in you!!!
